"Dago Te", Welcome to the White Mountain Apache Tribe
The WMA Fire & Rescue Department is very aggressive in training. Many of the trainings are required, and they need to be for good reason. Unlike the fire departments in the valley, we are not privileged to have specialty crews or able to summon and receive additional support in a matter of minutes. Our members need to be proficient in all disciplines of fire and rescue work, as such are trained to recognized national standards, by nationally recognized organizations, and are required to keep their skills proficient in accordance with those standards.
You are free to view some of our photos and slideshows. If you are interested in attending any of our training, click on our Training Schedule link to find out what, when and where.
